Reflection on Amal Totkay
There are two types of specified mindset that are supported by most of the researchers;
Fixed Mindset: In a fixed mindset, people believe their basic qualities, like their intelligence or talent, are simply fixed traits.
Growth Mindset: It is the idea that, with effort, it’s possible to increase intelligence levels, talents, and abilities.
So, there are 5 Amal totkay for growing a growth mindset;
Self Talk
Get out of Your Comfort Zone
Create New Habits
Ask People Help
Fake it Till You Make It
This above-mentioned totkay is a great source for personal improvement and professional personality buildup. And you will be able to have a growth mindset by implementing these 5 basic totkay.
My favourite totkay includes;
Self Talk
Get out of Your Comfort Zone
Fake it Till You Make It
These are my most favourite as self-talk makes me accountable to myself and I can improve day by day by only having 5–10 minutes for self-talk. The second favourite is getting out of my comfort zone as it will help me in the future to excel and assume a leadership role. And the last is quite interesting as I will practice a growth mindset by faking it but soon I will like it and adopt this mindset.
